□ I understand that there is no guarantee of a successful assessment result, and that extra training or extra assessments may be required at an additional cost to the package purchased.
□ - Lesson times are counted as one-hour blocks and that lesson breaks, fuel stops, and discussion continue into lesson time.
□ - Assessments will be booked as soon as full payment is received and that there may be a waiting period of up to five weeks prior to the practical driving test due to TMR waiting times.
□ - Training and/or driving test(s) booked on your behalf may be cancelled, swapped, or changed without your prior knowledge or consent.
□ - Townsville Wheelz Driving School will manage your practical test booking with TMR – please disregard any reminder emails you receive from them. Do not cancel or reschedule a test booking – please contact Townsville Wheelz Driving School so we can do that for you.
□ - 24 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or change a lesson and 48 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or change a test booking otherwise the full fee will be payable. (Saturday tests require 10 days’ notice for changes/cancellations).
□ - A $35 cancellation fee will apply for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
□ - The full lesson/test fee will be payable if the student fails to show up ("no-show").
□ Students are responsible for any liability/damage caused due to their mistake during their lessionss
